This happens every day. The answer to each one is a number:
The name, the amount, how many days: “67 days”. Not roughly — the exact number of days.
The program shows what should be there, you enter what you counted. The gap shows: 4 manats short, or 20 over.
The sale does not stop: it is saved on the device and sent on its own when the line comes back.
You enter the count from the shelf and the program works out the difference. What is about to run out is listed on its own.

The simulation sends nothing and remembers nothing — no name, no phone number, no cookie. Reload the page and the day starts from zero.
Features
Seventeen jobs, four groups — from the moment of sale to the evening report. Every one of them grew out of a real shop problem.
Scan the barcode and it lands in the basket. Type “İ” and products starting with “i” are found too.
One sale, up to three payment methods: cash + card + credit. Only the cash part reaches the till report.
A customer brings something back: stock and cash correct themselves. If it was bought on credit, it comes off the debt too.
A Z-report at the end of the day: expected cash, actual cash, over/short. The gap is not hidden.
Who, how much, and since when. After 30 days it turns red. The reminder text opens ready in WhatsApp.
End of day, profit, purchase liabilities — all of it goes to Excel and CSV, receipts to PDF as well.
Every confirmed sale keeps its receipt: look at it, download the PDF, draw an invoice for wholesale. With document number, payment method and cashier.
Which goods earn what: sales, cost and profit product by product. The number of products with no cost recorded is not hidden — what the total leaves out is written beside it.
You ordered 10, seven arrived: seven is what gets recorded. The other three stay waiting.
Photograph the supplier's invoice or upload the PDF — the lines read themselves: name, barcode, quantity, price, VAT. They are matched to your catalogue by barcode, costs update, or the whole thing becomes a purchase. The text is recognised on the device itself, the invoice goes nowhere; nothing is saved until you confirm.
Count the shelf and hold it against system stock: surplus, shortage, match. A half-finished count is kept, and what was not counted is not touched.
When the internet goes, the sale joins a queue and is sent on its own when the line returns.
Sign-in is by PIN, and every sale keeps a record of who rang it. You choose what the cashier will not see.
The whole workspace goes into one file — events and transactions with their own ids and timestamps. Before an import, what is inside the file is shown.
Open a table, grow the order, send the ticket to the kitchen. Delete a line that already went in and a void ticket follows it. Split the bill, move the order to another table, write down the guest count. An open order is not a sale — that money is not in the till yet. Comes with «Restaurant» in Settings.
Write a dish's ingredients once — when it sells, they come off the stock. A portion's cost and margin work themselves out. Comes with «Restaurant», but can be switched on by itself.
Closed tables stay with their lines: who opened, who closed, how long it stayed open, and what was voided after it was cooked.
Open all five screens yourself — in your own order, with nothing to install. All of them in the program's own design.

Business types
Shop, restaurant and wholesale — all three are ready today. The wholesale mode has not been tried by a real business yet.
Barcode, credit, till, stock — all of it works. It can be used today.
Open a table, add the dishes, send a ticket to the kitchen, split the bill, close it at the till — offline too. You switch it on in Settings. Recipe cards deduct the ingredients from stock when a dish sells. No bookings yet.
A price of its own for every customer, invoices, both VAT modes — all there. You switch it on in Settings.
Price
VAT will be included. Paying for longer costs less. One account runs the whole shop — nothing extra for the number of tills or the number of staff.

Q&A
Short, specific, as things are.
Zerb is not a certified fiscal solution. Receipts are not fiscalised and carry no genuine fiscal ID or QR code. Zerb is your internal management system — it does not replace a fiscal register. If you have a fiscal obligation, it remains separate.
The same warning is shown inside the program itself.
Zerb is not heavy software — it runs in the browser on the shop's own computer. No separate server, no cloud subscription and no powerful machine are needed.
Exact minimum requirements (Windows version, RAM) will be published here after real testing across different computers.
On your computer — there is no cloud for sales data, and your sales, your customers and your prices are not on our server. Even if we vanished tomorrow, your data is already with you: export to Excel at any time, plus a full backup. There is no lock-in — when you leave, you take everything with you.
Nothing. Work carries on: the sale joins a queue and is sent on its own when the line returns — try it yourself in the simulation above, step 4. In a real shop, not one sale has passed through that queue yet.
They get moved across. We have done it once already: 2440 barcode lines from an old list were read in. Several barcodes for the same item were merged, which left 1578 products. Not one error. If you have an Excel or CSV file, we can move yours too.
